Post Critical Incident Seminar

What is Post Critical Incident Seminar (PCIS)?

The PCIS is one of the most popular seminars for those who feel they are out of options and possibly looking to leave the career. PCIS can make sense of the frustrations you may be experiencing mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually. The Post Critical Incident Seminar is an intensive three-day workshop that is in a confidential location and is provided after the first responder has registered. There is no fee other than travel expenses.

Despite the best support immediately following a critical incident, sometimes there may be lasting effects that can make it challenging to one’s ability to return to what they believe is their sense of normalcy. The Post Critical Incident Seminar will provide education on trauma, patterns of resolution, and practical coping strategies to build and promote recovery and resilience and peer support is an important element in the process.
